Bouncing back after burnout – an interactive rhythm experience

Stress, burnout, and pandemic fatigue were the hallmarks of 2021. “Languishing” was one of the top-used words of the year, referring to the mental state of many around the world.

Even in 2022 as pandemic restrictions have lifted, those feelings don’t just disappear overnight. You’re allowed to still feel stressed, burned out, stretched thin, and exhausted.

But you’re also still allowed to experience joy, laughter, and moments free from worry.

In this hands-on, interactive presentation, you’ll experience a unique, evidence-based method to combat this burnout. You’ll also learn:

  • An important link between rhythm, mindfulness, and mental health
  • Research on how rhythm affects the brain and encourages resilience
  • Several simple, rhythmic takeaways for combatting burnout and managing stress and anxiety
